When presented with a customer's question, the AI agent first attempts to solve customer issues by accessing the company's knowledge base. Should the AI reach its limits, the query is seamlessly rerouted to a human agent withing the right department, ensuring every customer journey concludes with satisfaction.

Our Team

ā€‹In early 2023, five Creative Technology students from the University of Twente in The Netherlands became co-founders. Having teamed up successfully on projects before, they decided to pool their talents and passion for innovation to launch aiCall. This international team, with members from Mexico, Spain, Germany, and The Netherlands, merged their diverse perspectives to follow a journey in the realm of AI-facilitated communication.
